  As the exclusive representative of the Life So Wild Images Natural World Collection, Teton Reverra Gallery honors and adheres to their Shipping Policy, ensuring each piece is delivered with the same care, intention, and respect with which it was created and curated. 

Shipping Policy

Shipping Included in Price on All Continental United States Orders.

At Life So Wild Images of the Natural World (LSWI), we believe in transparent pricing. The price you see is the price you pay—shipping costs are included in the price of all items. Shipped within the continental United States-lower 48 states. Please Note: This does not include Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories. See below for more information on these specific locations.

We make every effort to price our products correctly, but we reserve the right to refund orders in incorrectly priced products. Please report any product that appears to be incorrectly priced prior to purchasing.

Shipping Locations

We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. However, the locations of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations. Require a billable FedEx (preferred) or DHL account number from you (and at your cost), at the time of the order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Production time of prints and gallery displays can take 10-15 business days. But generally, only take 6 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please note, on larger display orders your order will come crated.

Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Please note, that during peak seasons or holidays, shipping times may be longer, including times of 7-15 business days. Shipments done and shipments in the "hands of the carriers, for delivery," during the December holiday weeks, may not come with tracking info or tracking updates, from the carriers. This is out of our hands when this occurs. And cannot be an excuse to cancel your order. Generally, the rest of the year tracking maybe available for you.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team at jeff@lifesowild.com or call us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Because, we really care about your on time delivery!

Return and Refund Policy

 

   As the exclusive representative of the Life So Wild Images Natural World Collection, Teton Reverra Gallery honors and adheres to their Refund Policy, upholding a standard of trust, clarity, and respect that mirrors the values behind every piece we present.

  

Life So Wild Images of the Natural World

   Please Note: All orders are custom orders. We do not stock prints, gallery metal or gallery glass displays. When you order, your order is made, built and LCLE numbered specifically for you. We do not automatically except returns, all sales are subject to be final. We want all customers to be happy and we deeply care about that. We simply don't have the storage room and absorbing the cost of the source manufacturing of the premium prints and high end gallery displays is not sustainable for us, as a small company. If a rare event occurs we will be willing to discuss the issue with you to resolve. However, this has not happened to date and in fact all of our customers are proud owners of our amazingly beautiful displays.

If your display is not damaged by shipping, but you see a manufacturing production defect in the print or display. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. An example of this would be...if you see an air-bubble in the gallery glass that went unnoticed by our QC team. Your print or display will be replaced upon receipt of the defective item to us.

If your print/display arrives damaged during shipping (and if you can show that it was damaged before arrival), we will replace it upon receipt of the damaged print/display back to us.

Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your item to report any damage.

If you manage to damage your print/display after delivery, we will offer a replacement at a significantly reduced cost. Once the LCLE number is returned to us. We will reissue the same LCLE number of/on your original order.
